Terms of service
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and NeverExpireQR, which operates NeverExpireQR. By using the site or creating an account you accept them. We have tried to write them in plain words.
1. The service
NeverExpireQR lets you make static QR codes for free, and dynamic QR codes whose destination you can change after printing, with scan statistics. Static codes work without us. Dynamic codes work through our short link, q.neverexpireqr.com.
2. Our promise about dynamic codes
We do not switch off a dynamic code because of your plan or your payments. If you downgrade, cancel, or a payment fails, your codes keep redirecting. What changes is editing and statistics: on the Free plan you can edit 2 dynamic codes and see 30 days of statistics, and codes above that limit become read-only until you upgrade again.
A dynamic code stops redirecting only when:
- you pause or delete it, or delete your account;
- we disable it because its destination is unsafe or breaks the rules in section 4;
- a court or the law requires us to.
This promise holds for as long as we operate the service. If we ever have to close it, we will give account holders as much notice as we reasonably can, and at least 60 days where that is possible, so that printed codes can be replaced.
3. Your account
You need a working email address. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a contract. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you may act for it.
4. What you may not do
You may not use NeverExpireQR, including free static codes, to:
- send people to phishing pages, malware, scams or anything designed to deceive or harm them;
- link to content that is illegal, that exploits children, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- send people somewhere other than where the code says it goes, in order to mislead them;
- attack, overload or probe the service, or get around its limits;
- resell the service or create accounts automatically.
We check destinations automatically and review reports. We may disable a code or close an account that breaks these rules, without notice where the risk to others is serious. If you think we got it wrong, email us and a person will review it.
5. Your content
The destinations, files and designs you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and serve them so the service can work, for example to show an uploaded PDF to someone who scans your code. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload.
6. Paid plans
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars. Our order process is run by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for all orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles sales tax and deals with payment questions.
A plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges and your paid features continue until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan, and section 2 applies. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
7. Availability
We work to keep redirects fast and always on, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We may change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.
Always test a printed code before a large print run. We are not responsible for printing costs caused by codes that were not tested, were printed too small, or were damaged.
8. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes rights you have as a consumer.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your account, which removes your data and stops your dynamic codes. We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we close a paid account for a reason other than a breach, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
10. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting consumer protections that apply where you live. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
