Square shapes scan most reliably on every phone. Higher error correction survives scratches and dirt but makes a denser code. With a logo it is always set to the highest level. Test a printed proof before a big run.

Static codes hold your link or text inside the code itself. Nothing sits between the code and the phone, so they work for as long as the print lasts. Dynamic codes pass through our short link, and we never switch that link off because of your plan or a missed payment. The one exception is a code we block for phishing, malware or other abuse.

A static code cannot be changed after you make it, and it cannot count scans. It is free and unlimited here. A dynamic code points to a short link that you control, so you can change where it goes after printing and see how many people scan it.

They keep redirecting. You drop to the Free plan, which lets you edit 2 dynamic codes and see 30 days of analytics. Any codes above that limit become read-only until you upgrade again. They still work for everyone who scans them.

Yes. Static codes are unlimited, with no sign-up and no watermark. They are made in your browser, so the content you type is never sent to us.

Yes. Download SVG or PDF for sharp print at any size, or PNG for screens. Always test a printed proof with a phone camera before a large print run, and keep clear space around the code.
